How long does it take to receive my order?

• Orders will be processed in 1-2 business days, and immediately shipped off to you through USPS. At this time, we only over Express Priority Mail (1-3 business days). You can expect to receive your order in approximately 2-5 business days from the date of order placed.

Can I pickup my order?

• At this time we are not offering pickup or delivery services. If there is an option for pickup at checkout, it is only for special occasions such as pop-up shops, conventions, etc. which should be discussed or notified prior to selecting option. Your order will be cancelled if you select said option without discussing first.

Why was my order cancelled?

• Your billing and shipping address must match in order to place an order to ensure no fraudulent activity. We do this to protect both, us and the customer.
