How long does it take to receive my order?

• Orders will be processed in 1-2 business days, and shipped via USPS. At this time, we only over Express Priority Mail (1-3 business days). You can expect to receive your order in approximately 2-5 business days from the date of order placed.

Can I pickup my order?

• Orders are available for pickup at Esthetics & Co. Studio located at 3700 S Iron St., Chicago, IL 60609. Other options for pickup will be for special occasions such as pop-up shops, conventions, etc. and will be listed as so.

Why was my order cancelled?

• Your billing and shipping address must match in order to place an order to ensure no fraudulent activity. We do this to protect both, us and the customer.
