  • How can I check the status of my order?

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Sorry to hear you want to cancel your order! Please contact contact@blaquehairco.us . Please note we can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed for shipping.

  • Can I make a return or exchange?

    Sorry, but all sales are final. For health and safety reasons we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges. If there was a fault in the quality of your order, please reach out to contact@blaquehairco.us for more information.

  • What are the shipping and processing times?

    All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise noted. Shipping will take 2-3 business days once the order has been processed. If you are experiencing any delays, please feel free to reach out to contact@blaquehairco.us for more information.

  • Are taxes and duties included?

    While we do ship to international countries, we do not cover international shipping duties and taxes due to the variability of the charges. As the customer, you will be charged for duties and taxes at the time of delivery. If you decide to refuse payment of these duties, the order will be returned and a refund for the cost of the items minus any shipping fees will be refunded immediately upon receipt.

  • Is our site secure?

Most browsers will show a lock icon in the top status bar on secure pages. Look for this icon on any web page that asks for your personal information. To further ensure your security, we use state of the art SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption to protect your personal information from unauthorized use. BLAQUE Hair Co. does not store credit card information on our site.
